International Donor Conference „Ajara- Cooperation for Growth 2011“

International Donors’ Conference “Ajara – Cooperation for Growth 2011” was held at the hotel “Sheraton” in Batumi. Conference was opened by the Chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara Levan Varshalomidze. International Donor Organizations, accredited embassies and consulates in Georgia as well as the representatives of the Ministries of Georgia and Ajara A/R participated in the conference. The following issues were discussed at the conference: establishment of favorable conditions for the development of economy, tourism, agriculture, education, environment and healthcare.
